This Ancient form of warrior practice was taught by healers (siddhars) to warriors 6,000 years ago to keep them fit with healthy organs. Siddha Yoga Therapy belongs to Siddha medicine, precursor of Ayurveda medicine
So many women & men of all ages I connect with are feeling despaired, stressed with their life, with their work. Most of them have no idea what they really want to do. It just shows me how their mind and body are disconnected. They experience a lack of energy and don’t know where to start to feel better.

- Prior experience of Yoga is not required & recommended to any Body.

I am French born & raised in France, however traveling & living around the world has always been a way of life for me. Right now I live in Sunshine Coast Australia, but regularly work & visit family & friends in India, USA, Singapore, France & Tahiti.
It is a beautiful thing to be able to experience many cultures of the world and I believe this also allows the practice of compassion & forgiveness to be achieved.
