Olivia has gained deep knowledge in Ancient Yoga, Meditation & Life teachings for the last 30 years with well-known teachers such as His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Mathieu Ricard, Lama Teunsang, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Master Jothi Senthil Kannan, Donna Farhi, Simon Borg-Olivier, Mark Breadner, Shiva Rea, Dr Rama Prasad, Dr John Demartini…

 

Therefore Olivia wants to offer Ancient quality teachings between a Teacher and a Student like thousands years ago with individualised guidance for optimum safety & transformation. This one on one practice will be more effective to achieve highest health & well-being connecting your Mind & Soul back to your Body. It is a real holistic approach.

 

Olivia being a Yoga coach is a similar approach of having a personal trainer in fitness but in the yoga world offering all yoga styles: Hatha & Yin Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Ancient Siddha Yoga Therapy (Warrior Yoga taught 8,000 years ago) , Kriya yoga, Pranayama practice (breath work), Mindfulness Meditation, Ancient Tibetan Tantric Meditation, Relaxation with Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra, Yogic philosophy, Reiki Jin Kei Do based on Ancient Tibetan Buddho System (compassionate healing & wisdom meditation)

  • Use an organic yoga mat if possible

  • Prior experience of Yoga is not required

  • Recommended to any Body

        - Keep empty stomach 1 hour before the session

        - Drink water before the session as no drink is recommended during the session

        - Wear comfortable or yoga clothes

  • Any cancellation: 48 hours notice
