MY JOURNEY TO LEARN HOW TO FORGIVE...
AS A YOUNG ADULT MY FATHER WAS TAKEN FROM ME IN A SENSELESS ACT.
I BELIEVE THAT THE WORLD IS A REFLECTION
FOR US TO LEARN FROM
~ EVEN THE TIMES THAT MAKE NO SENSE ~
I was a typical young woman in my early 20's ~ studying business & travelling the world. I loved adventure, playing sports and was full of excitement & optimism about my life path that lay ahead.
On 7 April 1993 I found out that my father had been murdered in his own home. My life stopped and a complicated crime investigation began. It was this event that initiated my connection to ancient Buddhism teachings about forgiveness and gratitude in life.
I knew inside that for my life to become calm & peaceful once again, I needed to feel happiness. It wasn't easy after this experience, however I knew it was the way... the right way.
In October 2006 I met with the man that killed my father. I went to the prison and sat before him in his cell. With no hand-cuffs or guard, we sat together face to face.
I forgave him & was at peace.
IT IS MY VISION & PURPOSE TO HELP WOMEN TO KNOW HOW TO FORGIVE & CREATE A HAPPY LIFE.
The power of forgiveness, compassion & kindness is so strong. In a world that is full of so many perceived 'demands', it is up to us as individuals to make the right decisions that serve us.
I help women to better their lives through understanding:
- How their mind works
- How to maintain a healthy body
- How to let go of conflict, grief & resentment
- How to connect and listen to the whispers of their Soul
LIFE DOESN'T HAPPEN TO US,
IT HAPPENS FOR US.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH MASTERS...
HIS HOLINESS, THE DALAI LAMA
In 1997 I met and trained with the Dalai Lama for the first time. Since then I have met with him five more times, in both France & Australia.
For me, the opportunity & time with His Holiness the Dalai Lama have been so profound to not only my own personal growth, but also as a Yoga Teacher. Happiness & forgiveness truly is the way.
LAMA ZOPA RINPOCHE
From 1995 to 2003, I received weekly teachings from many Lamas & Nuns at the Amitabha Buddhist Centre in Singapore. This is where I met with Lama Zopa Rinpoche a number of times during his visits from Nepal, and learned the Buddhism foundations - Lam Rim.
These teachings taught me intense meditations to master you mind & shift illusioned emotions.
In 2003 I met and trained with Lama Teunsang. Since then, I continue to receive many advanced Trantric Tibetan Buddhist teachings from him such as Tchenrezi, Sangye Menla & Shine (Vajrayana Buddhism).
This daily Tantric Buddhist meditations have taught me how to strengthen the traits of love & compassion, to forgive & maintain a healthy mind, body & soul.
NOBEL PEACE PRIZE WINNER 1996
In 2009 I began working with His Excellency Jose Ramos-Horta, and his Human Rights NGO Diplomacy Training Program for seven years. During this time I travelled many times to Timore-Leste.
As the grand-daughter of well known resistants in Lyon, France during WWII, I was inspired to work with this particular NGO, as José also fought for the independence of his country for 24 years.
I FLOW WITH THE CURRENTS AROUND THE WORLD... WATER IS LIFE.
